Winners of The Herald Property Awards Celebrated in Glasgow

The prestigious Herald Property Awards for Scotland recently took place in Glasgow, honoring outstanding projects and individuals within the property industry. The event, held at the Doubletree by Hilton, Glasgow, was a night of celebration and recognition for the highest standards in home and commercial building across the country.

The rebuilding of the famous Rosebank Distillery in Falkirk by MLA was named the ‘Best Regeneration Project – Commercial’, showcasing how historic buildings can be revitalized and repurposed for modern use. Additionally, Plot 3A at Dundashill, a new development of 90 homes in Glasgow built to Passivhaus standards by CCG (Scotland) and Collective Architecture, was recognized with the Excellence in Sustainability award, sponsored by Lowther Homes part of Wheatley Group, highlighting the importance of sustainable construction practices in the industry.
