Tragedy Strikes: Elderly Pedestrian Dies After Car Accident
Tragedy struck on Beith Road in Johnstone when an elderly pedestrian, John Allan, 85, was hit by a red Toyota Corolla at 8:30 am on Sunday, December 29. Despite being rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, John succumbed to his injuries two days later on New Year’s Eve.
